Three of the four buildings comprising the Westinghouse Electric Co. campus in suburban Cranberry have been completed, while a fourth is under construction and should be ready for occupancy by year end.
When the fourth is occuppied, Westinghouse will have 4,000 employees on campus, said spokesman Vaughn Gilbert. Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, which owns the 82-acre site, said WE has signed a 15-year lease agreement for the three connected office buildings, totaling 824,000 square feet.See the full content of this document
