Seven business persons from Western Pennsylvania won Entrepreneur of the Year awards for the Pennsylvania-Ohio-New York region from Ernst & Young, the accounting and advisory firm said Tuesday. Winners included Carlos Cardoso, CEO of Kennametal Inc., Latrobe; and Michael Stratos, CEO of Ideal Integrations, West Mifflin.

Winners from Pittsburgh-based organizations were Ann Dugan, founder of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence; Amy Hancock, president of AdvantageCare Rehabilitation Inc.; Patrick McGregor Jr., CEO of BitArmor Systems Inc.; Jessica Trybus, CEO of Etcetera Edutainment; and Carol Wright, CEO of Wright Therapy Products
