About 35 Allegheny County jail workers donned white T-shirts that read "Union Bustin' Warden Rustin," and gathered outside the Second Avenue jail Thursday to protest what they called an attempt to break their union.
Allegheny County Prison Employees Independent Union officials planned to be in court Friday morning seeking an injunction against several recent work policy changes made by Warden Ramon C. Rustin.
