HARRISBURG -- Two political activists, both state House candidates, today urged Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin to resign because of allegations in a criminal case against her sisters that state taxpayers paid for Senate staff to help Melvin get elected in November.
The activists, Gene Stilp of Harrisburg and Dennis Baylor of Hamburg, filed ethics complaints against Melvin with the Judicial Conduct Board, an arm of the Supreme Court.See the full content of this document
