Four members of the St. Anthony Society of Bradenville are suing three of the nonprofit group's officers, seeking their removal because of claims they breached their fiduciary duties by failing to keep an accurate record of expenses for the club that closed in June.

The members also allege that the officers cost the club revenue by failing to renew the club's liquor license for 2009-10 and neglected to pay tax bills, vendors and utility bills, according to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Westmoreland County court.
