Quel cool gig! On the first day of springtime, the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh celebrated their 75th year on a joyous high note. Call it impeccable tempo, my little fugue, because Saturday's milestone also marked the 324th birthday of their mighty muse, J.S. Bach.

It's said that charity begins at home ... and this home was the Bash's drawing card. Great guys, champions of the arts and the community at large, Peter Karlovich and Steve Herforth, threw open the doors of their spectacular Mt. Washington manse -- 10,500 sq. ft. of fabulousness -- to host BCP's first major fundraiser. And, omigosh, those skyline views that made my socks roll up and down.
