NEW CUMBERLAND, W.Va. -- Two workers were killed and two others injured Thursday in the third fatal fire in the last 15 years at a chemical production plant along the banks of the Ohio River in West Virginia.
Brothers Jeffery Scott Fish, 39, and James E. Fish, 38, were killed in what authorities are calling an explosion and fire at AL Solutions in New Cumberland, a community of about 1,200 residents located six miles north of Weirton.
