In the final phase of the Pittsburgh Public Schools' "right- sizing" plan, the school board Wednesday night approved the closing of five schools serving 1,695 students.
Closing on Aug. 15 are Lemington Elementary School, Milliones Middle School in the Hill District, Reizenstein Middle School in East Liberty and Washington Polytechnic Academy in Lawrenceville.
