Briefs: Pittsburgh Designer's T-Shirt Line Raises Funds for Ms

Summary


Pittsburgh designer Shea Mullen, owner of Good Chemistry Design, started Give and Take tees to help support national charities. Part of the proceeds from a sale benefits the corresponding charity that is on the tee. One of Mullen's many lines promotes Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week, which is Monday through March 8.

After being diagnosed with the illness, Mullen started the line. What makes these shirts different is that the graphics are printed on 100-percent, custom-dyed and aged cotton shirts. Each was inspired and named after a different person in Mullen's life.
