Home builder Ernie Sota plans to convert a vacant 20,000-square- foot building in Lawrenceville in the 34-unit Locomotive Lofts with construction to start this fall.
Sota, of Sota Construction Services, said the development will cost under $4 million. This includes adding an addition to the building.
