Architectural and engineering firm Burt Hill Inc., which employs about 200 people in Western Pennsylvania, will become part of the fast-growing Canadian company Stantec Inc. under a deal announced Thursday.
Burt Hill, founded 74 years ago in Butler, maintains its largest office there with 153 employees.
