A chef's superior culinary knowledge is often demonstrated behind cutting boards, ovens and sinks, but five student chefs from Westmoreland County Community College will do so by hitting buzzers in a knowledge competition this weekend.
Five culinary arts students from the Youngwood campus will travel to Hershey for the three-day even to compete at the Northeast Region Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl.
