The rivalry between Pittsburgh and Cleveland is moving from the gridiron to the water.

Officials from Guinness World Records in London confirmed on Tuesday that a group of Pittsburgh paddlers set a world record last summer by gathering a raft of 1,619 adjoining boats, kayaks and canoes at the confluence of the three rivers, shattering the previous record of 1,104 set in 2008 by the Inlet Area Business Association in upstate New York.
