The same United Nations that gave us Iraq's oil-for-food travesty now suggests it will take $10 billion a year -- maybe more -- over three years to help developing countries cope with so-called climate change and reduce their emissions.

Never mind growing doubts -- and now scientists' own e-mails -- challenging the credibility of man-made global warming. Failure to come up with enough cash, says Yvo de Boer, the U.N.'s climate chief, could derail the world body's big climate conference, which begins Monday in Copenhagen.
