Taking over a team that's gone 10-41 over the past five years is not a task for the faint of heart. But Al Gaiardo, the new coach of the Derry Area football team, has a plan to get the struggling Trojans back on track, beginning with a change in attitude.
"The big thing with year one is to get them to believe that they can win, and get them bigger, get them stronger, get them in shape so that they can compete against many of the teams that we play against," Gaiardo said.
