College Officials: Transfer Deal Win-Win

Officials of Westmoreland County Community College and California University of Pennsylvania believe a new transfer agreement between the schools will save students time and money and could potentially boost enrollment at both institutions.

"This is the kind of relationship we believe is good for everyone," said California President Angelo Armenti Jr. "Westmoreland wins. Cal wins, and most importantly, the students win."
