Coraopolis Man Accused of Holding Ex-Girlfriend Captive

Summary


Allegheny County Police obtained a warrant Monday for a Coraopolis man whose longtime girlfriend told investigators that he held her captive inside her home in Stowe.

Jacob Hornbuckle, 41, was charged with unlawful restraint, simple assault and related crimes after a 38-year-old woman told police that he tied her up, hit her and threatened to kill her with a butcher knife. The woman later broke free and went to the nearby township police station.
