The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of a McKees Rocks teenager found Sunday on an uninhabited Ohio River island was accidental.
Matthew Scott Delanko, 19, died of blunt force trauma of the trunk and lower extremities, the medical examiner's office said. Delanko was not shot, contrary to earlier reports from police, but did appear to be hit or run over by a vehicle, the office said.See the full content of this document
