Three special-needs students and two adults were injured Friday when a nine-passenger school van was involved in a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of Route 51 and Bausman Street in Beltzhoover, a Pittsburgh Public Schools spokeswoman said.
Emergency dispatchers said the children and the driver were taken to UPMC Mercy, Uptown, following the 3:05 p.m. crash. The other adult was transported to Allegheny General Hospital, North Side. None of the injuries appeared to be serious, they said.See the full content of this document
