'Crippling' Snowstorm Could Be On Way

AccuWeather forecasters predicted a 40 percent chance of a "crippling" storm on Monday -- Groundhog Day -- that could dump up to 24 inches of snow in parts of the Ohio River Valley, including Pittsburgh.

"The potential is there," AccuWeather meteorologist Andy Mussoline said Friday from his office in State College. He emphasized there are multiple scenarios in the storm that is expected to begin Monday and last until Tuesday.
