More than 40 people arrested in the street celebrations that followed the Steelers Super Bowl victory -- mostly in Oakland appeared in court this morning and many will have a chance to get the charges withdrawn or reduced.
In a deal with prosecutors, 31 people agreed to each work 50 hours of community service in the next 90 days. In exchange, their charges of failure to disperse would be withdrawn.
