Pennsylvania lawmakers have returned to Harrisburg and, sadly, are focused once again on dangerous anti-choice legislation that could severely restrict a woman's access to a safe, legal abortion throughout the commonwealth.
Senate Bill 732 does nothing more than mandate major capital expenditures for unnecessary items such as increasing operating room size, adding parking lots and installing larger elevators.
