Like her father, who aired the first Greek-language radio program in Western Pennsylvania, Ann Petousis had the reputation of being a pacesetter.

Upon completing art courses at what was then the Carnegie Institute of Technology, Mrs. Petousis, who emigrated from Greece with her family in 1921, established herself as an artist who specialized in painting portraits and landscapes that hang in many homes today.
