Driver Crashes, Claims He Planned 'Killing Spree'

Summary


A Washington County man claimed to police in a small West Virginia town last week that he stalked students at Penn State University's Fayette campus and planned to go on a "national killing spree" before he crashed his car into a tree.

Nathan Fuller, 28, of Millsboro and a passenger in his car, John Moore, 47, of Morgantown, W.Va., are being held on $200,000 cash bond each for charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the murder plan.
