Drug Sales in Presence of Children Targeted

Summary


Parents or guardians convicted of selling drugs in the presence of their children would get a longer prison sentence if lawmakers pass a locally sponsored bill that is the focus of a legislative hearing to be held on Wednesday in Armstrong County.

The House Judiciary Committee will hold the hearing at the South Buffalo Volunteer Fire Department to consider House Bill 1289, which has been introduced by Rep. Jeff Pyle, R-Ford City.
