Duquesne Light Co. customers' average monthly bills will increase more than 6.6 percent for the three-year period beginning Jan. 1, the state Public Utility Commission ruled Thursday.
Under the approved service plan, a customer using 600 kilowatt- hours of power would pay $85.18 monthly, up from $75.88, for the entire three-year period. The ruling affects only the generation portion of customers' bills.See the full content of this document
