Easy Stroganoff Recipe has Been a Family Favorite for Years

1 1/2 pounds stewing beef

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed onion soup, undiluted

1 soup can water, plus more if needed
