Ethics Commission Says Two State Agency Heads Would Have Conflict

HARRISBURG -- The Senate Republican Caucus this afternoon will review an Ethics Commission ruling that two Rendell Cabinet members would face conflicts of interest if their agencies continue to award grants to groups employing their spouses.

"We are making no judgment, investigation or ruling of past conduct," Louis Fryman, chairman of the commission said today.
