Summary
Penn State Fayette has been chosen as the host site for the 2009 United States Collegiate Athletic Association national basketball championships, which will be held March 3-7, 2009. The USCAA conducts basketball championships in three divisions: Men's Division I, Men's Division II and Women's, and the event at Penn State Fayette will mark the first time that all three division championships have been contested at the same time and location. As the host school, both the Penn State Fayette Men's and Women's basketball teams earn automatic berths.
Washington & Jefferson sophomore Chrissy Brant (Latrobe) won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:04.15 to help the Lady Presidents to a win over Frostburg State. Brant also swam a leg on the winning 200 medley relay team, which finished with a time of 1:57.88.See the full content of this document
