Fayette Convictions Stand Despite Juror Being Canadian

A Fayette County judge on Thursday rejected a second motion to vacate a McClellandtown man's drug convictions last month because a Canadian woman was seated on his jury.

Judge Steve Leskinen said his review of case law shows that if Troy B. Mannery or his defense attorney wanted to object to a juror's qualifications, they should have done so before proceeding with the trial.
