According to state police at Belle Vernon, Jeffrey George, 47, of Farmington, went to a residence on Tippecanoe Road at 2:25 p.m. Saturday and fired a round from a 30-30 rifle and struck his wife, Sue Ann George, 40, in the buttocks, police said.
