A Uniontown man was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of violating federal firearm laws.
According to the indictment, Edward Harris, 49, of 75 Pershing Court, possessed a .45-caliber Glock pistol after being convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in New Jersey and two separate counts of terroristic threats in Fayette County Court, each of which is punishable by prison terms exceeding one year.
