Summary
An arsonist is responsible for four fires early Sunday in a one- block area of Butler Street in Etna, including one that damaged three buildings and forced a dozen people out of their apartments, Allegheny County Fire Marshal Don Brucker said Monday.
Brucker said garbage behind a building in the 300 block of Butler Street was ignited, causing a fire around 2 a.m. that spread to the rear porch of a building and damaged two others.
