Foreclosures of residential homes in the five-county Pittsburgh region in February were at their highest level in 22 years, according to a report issued today.
Some 400 individuals and families lost their homes to foreclosure last month, a 19 percent increase over February 2007's total of 336, according to RealStats, a South Side-based real estate information company.See the full content of this document
