HARRISBURG -- Former state Rep. Stephen Stetler was held for trial on criminal charges Wednesday even though a key state witness appeared to undermine the prosecution's case.
Stetler, a Democrat who headed the Department of Revenue for Gov. Ed Rendell, faces felony charges of theft, conspiracy and conflict of interest.
