The brother of the alleged mastermind of a fraud scheme that led to the collapse of a Latrobe bottling company will plead guilty Thursday in federal court to charges that he conspired to bilk banks out of $800 million.
Jonathan Podlucky, 37, of Hempfield, the brother of former LeNature's Inc. CEO Gregory Podlucky, and Donald Pollinger, 65, of Charlotte will enter pleas before Judge Alan Bloch.
