Summary


The brother of the alleged mastermind of a fraud scheme that led to the collapse of a Latrobe bottling company will plead guilty Thursday in federal court to charges that he conspired to bilk banks out of $800 million.

Jonathan Podlucky, 37, of Hempfield, the brother of former LeNature's Inc. CEO Gregory Podlucky, and Donald Pollinger, 65, of Charlotte will enter pleas before Judge Alan Bloch. Both were charged with mail, wire and bank fraud; conspiracy; and money laundering in a 2009 indictment.
