Pittsburgh officials approved eight permit applications to protest the Group of 20 economic summit, but there are restrictions on where and when protesters may gather, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl said today.
For example, a request submitted by the Thomas Merton Center to march from Oakland to Downtown received approval, but protesters will not be permitted to march to the David L.
