Summary
Regarding the letter from Pennsylvanian Gaming Control Board Chairman Tad Decker defending the board's hiring practices and employees ("Gaming Board ethics," June 13 and PghTrib.com), I'm surprised that a gaming control board has 170 employees to control a function yet to be born.
