Legal problems have befallen yet another employee of the state Gaming Control Board -- this time an investigator charged with lying about his education to get the job.

Michael Ray Rosenberry, 41, who worked for 19 years as a police officer in Chambersburg, Franklin County, claimed on his job application that he earned a bachelor's degree over the Internet in criminal justice administration from Stanton University, according to a criminal complaint filed by state police.
