General Nutrition Centers' parent GNC Corp. today reported significantly higher second quarter net income and revenues it says are the result of higher overall sales.
For the three months ended June 30, the nutritional products retailer had net income of $13.1 million, up 84 percent, from $7.1 million one year earlier. Sales for the quarter climbed 14.8 percent to $382.8 million from $333.3 million in 2005.See the full content of this document
