A Hill District man was arrested Friday by members of the U.S. Marshal's Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force on charges of fatally shooting a man from Monroeville.
City homicide detectives had issued the warrant for Robert Lee Burks, 22, charging him with criminal homicide in the fatal shooting of Darrell Nelson, 26, who was gunned down April 17 in an apartment in the 2500 block of Chauncey Drive in the Hill District.
