Summary
Regarding Brad Bumsted's news story "Pennsylvania Republicans want to guarantee right to buy health care" (Jan. 28 and TribLIVE.com): I'm with those state House Republicans.
This seems to be what our U.S. Constitution may have had in mind when it was written that the national government cannot force individual states into a national "whatever."
