There is no better way to warm up than to have a hot bowl of chili and some delicious wings. Hundreds of people braved the cold for downtown Irwin's 4th Annual Superb Bowl of Chili Cook-Off & Wing Thing Thursday. People packed Major Toms, Romano's Pizza, Cafe Supreme and the Colonial Grill for food, fun and a fabulous night on the town, then voted for their favorite.
The Colonial Grill took top prize for its wings, a hot and sweet mix called "Black and Gold." Owner Gary Santimyer says he puts a dash of Liquid Smoke in the sauce just before he spreads it on. He and his staff also cooked up Buffalo, Bar-B-Q, Butter and Garlic and Classic Breaded wings.See the full content of this document
