A federal jury decided Wednesday a former state Superior Court judge lied about being injured in a low-speed car accident in order to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars from insurance companies.
Michael T. Joyce, 59, of Erie was found guilty of two counts of mail fraud and six counts of money laundering.
