A federal judge didn't buy a Penn Hills sportswear manufacturer's claim that he did not violate Steelers trademarks because the company used only part of the pro football team's logo on its sweaters and hoodies.

U.S. District Judge Terrence McVerry on Friday ordered Turtle Creek Sportswear Inc. and its owner, Nicholas Wohlfarth of Monroeville, to turn over any profits made from selling the Steelers-like merchandise as well as any unsold product.
