New Kensington Man Admits to Slaying, Police Say

A New Kensington man admitted to police that he stabbed an Etna resident after the two fought in an abandoned building at the site of the former Atlas Cement plant in Penn Hills, according to an affidavit filed in the case.

Shaun Raisor, 22, of Anderson Street, was arrested by Allegheny County police Saturday night and charged with criminal homicide, arson, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
