Matthew Warren Webster, whose last known address was 333 Main St., Apt. 53, Latrobe, faces four drug-related charges in addition to charges of aggravated assault, robbery and simple assault filed in November. Webster is being held in the Westmoreland County jail on $50,000 bond, accused of beating Scott Piper of Latrobe with a baseball bat and robbing him of $1,000 on Nov. 24.
