Summary


The biggest beneficiaries of America's foreign aid -- including Iraq and Afghanistan -- more often than not vote against U.S. policy priorities in the United Nations.

The latest analysis of U.N. voting by The Heritage Foundation shows that since 2000, nearly 87 percent of U.S. development aid recipients voted against the United States most of the time in the U.N. General Assembly. The top 30 foreign-welfare recipients voted with the U.S. in only 36 percent of overall votes.
