Summary
The outbound side of the Liberty Tunnels will be closed nightly for construction, starting tonight, PennDOT officials said.
Closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights through Aug. 31 so contractors can work in areas above the tunnel. PennDOT will continue nightly closures of the inbound tunnel until early December.See the full content of this document
