Summary
An Allegheny County jury acquitted a Lincoln-Lemington man Tuesday of charges he fatally shot a man on city steps near Paulson Playground.
James H. Johnson, 27, was found not guilty in the May 30, 2006, shooting death of Kenneth Alford near Olivant and Montezua streets in Lincoln-Lemington. Prosecutors said Johnson shot Alford in the neck. He died at the scene.See the full content of this document
